"Had a machine down"

Had a machine down. emailed Tom Bychowski for a parts order. even though Tom was no longer in the parts dept. he responded promptly, redirected my order to the proper channel and made sure it was placed and left that night. My company must have had some outstanding orders, he went the extra mile to email accounting, plead our situation and basically did everything he could to help myself and my customer get the parts right away so they could get up and running. Top notch service and Tom is one spectacular employee. I couldn't be grateful enough.
