"Professional and knowledgeable"
I am relatively new to using Hamilton Engine, but the company I work for has used Hamilton Engine for several years. Our organizational experience when working with Hamilton has been extremely positive. The parts and service representatives and very professional and helpful. We hope to have a long partnership with Hamilton and look forward to working with them.

"Great customer service"
Great customer service! My order came together quick and they had the EGR cooler that I struggled to find from other sources. Part shipped out quickly and arrived well packaged. I will continue to order my diesel parts here.

"Had a machine down"
Had a machine down. emailed Tom Bychowski for a parts order. even though Tom was no longer in the parts dept. he responded promptly, redirected my order to the proper channel and made sure it was placed and left that night. My company must have had some outstanding orders, he went the extra mile to email accounting, plead our situation and basically did everything he could to help myself and my customer get the parts right away so they could get up and running. Top notch service and Tom is one spectacular employee. I couldn't be grateful enough.

"Fantastic service"
There has become a huge lack of customer service these days but there is no lack here, I have dealt with Hamilton for as long as I can remember and they have always gone above and beyond their staff are courteous knowledgeable and extremely helpful, even if they don’t have what you need they will do everything in their power to get you where you need to be!!!!

Your people an parts availability are top notch. I’m 77 an been in this business from before I was even a teenager. Have dealt with Andy Telford in the Portland store mostly. Have had no issues. One of the very few companies I can say that about. Hamilton engine is one of the best if not the best I’ve ever dealt with bare none, thanku.
