"Items printed completely different from artwork"

I have purchased from this company numerous times and initially had no quality issues. the last two purchases I made were for fleece blankets with a picture of my black German Shepherd. The artwork was beautiful and showed the black dog. The first time I selected a purple background and when I received the blanket the dog was printed half black and half blue. After going back and forth with support for over a week they finally agreed to reprint the blanket if i selected a lighter color background. I did, and the reprint was perfect. My second purchase I used the same picture and selected a light color background. The artwork was perfect yet when the blanket was printed, again it was a half black and half blue dog. Now I need to try to get support to resolve the issue again. They blame their "fulfillment" team, but WHY is there no quality control done on these items before they are shipped? How could they think a blue dog is acceptable when the artwork clearly shows a black dog??

"Easy checkout; too many distractions"

It was a pretty easy checkout. A few too many ads though and distractions. Made the site feel less professional. Possibly even less trustworthy.

"Cheap Quality Mugs"

Ordered a custom artwork mug with me and my dog. For the price it was poor quality and didn't look like the example piece. The artwork was smaller than expected and mug was cheap. There was no tracking for international shipping either.

"I’ve had a great experience before, but not this time"

I’ve had a great experience when ordering a blanket from here before. I ordered a poster and it took over a month and a half to get here with me messaging customer service each week for updates. Customer service never initiated any emails to me with updates, either. They didn’t tell me the poster got lost in the first place, and refunded me 20% at least. Was a frustrating and annoying process when I have gotten a blanket from them before in under 2 weeks. Maybe don’t buy the posters from them.

I'm ecstatic to have discovered PetCanva. The products are excellent, and the prices are reasonable. I love all of the mugs and blankets I purchased from them! Everything I've ever purchased has exceeded my expectations! The creators are incredible, and the artwork is incredible!

"The customer service was beyond…"

The customer service was beyond excellent. They really know how to taker care of their consumer and they are super kind. They responded to my problem within hours and really appreciate the kind service they provide. Also, they keep in touch with you in case you need any additional help. Couldn’t be any more pleased with their service. Totally recommend purchasing from them!!!!

"Very much unhappy with the experience"

Very much unhappy with the experience. Ordered a blanket weeks ago, they said it would be here in 2 weeks.. today has been exactly 14 days, not only is it not arrived but they haven't even sent it out yet nor given a tracking number nor when it will arrive..Basically lied and said its because December is a busy month . Its a busy month every year, you had 11 months to prepare. If you want something thats going to be quick and easy, work of warning , don't order from here

"Great experience"

I had a great experience with this company. I ordered a mug for my boyfriend's birthday, and it came out looking great. The art team/customer service was excellent. There was one revision I wanted on the first piece of art work they sent me, the second revision was sent to me the next morning and was exactly what I wanted. They were timely, receptive, and very friendly in their communication with me.

I have ordered a blanket and a pillow from PetCanva and was extremely satisfied with both of them! I got a new puppy and love to take pictures of him. PetCanva did a fabulous job with the pictures that I chose for my projects. They work with you until they get exactly what you want. They won’t make it until you are satisfied. Customer service is also great! So many good things to say about this company.

"Customized phone case from PetCanva"

I ordered a phone case from PetCanva. I was worried at first that it would not stand up to my heavy use and abuse but I was happily wrong!! Not only does it look great but it has proved to be very durable. My second purchase was a canvas of my furbaby for his birthday. He and my husband love it!! The colors, the artwork are just what they promised. I couldn't be more pleased!!
